Here is an old screen door i picked up at the local junk shop.We are having an Octoberfest this weekend.I am having trouble trying to keep from selling this one.Everyone that see's it wants it but i want to showcase it at the festival.I might even keep this one for myself .It looks really good in our house.Decisions,decisions,decisions.

New Projects

I have been working really hard on coming up with some new idea's.I think you will like what i have come up with.I spend a lot of time searching the junk stores,antique stores,yard and garage sales for stuff i can restore.I found some old doors ,windows,and shutters and started letting the creative juices flow.I hope you like my new creations.Here is one of my shutter projects from an old shutter i rescued from the side of the road.A little paint,sanding and add a couple of shelves and waaa laaaa.

I just love the way the old door turned out.We do a lot of western and shabby chic decor  in our house.The window pot holder really afforded us much more room in our small kitchen.
